ITS ROOM SERVICE!™ first launched in 2014 at Oakwood Worldwide’s prestigious Toluca Hills, CA property, serving more than 1,500 tenants as its dedicated food and beverage amenity. During this era, the service partnered with DoorDash for logistics and remained exclusive to Oakwood’s corporate housing portfolio.
When Oakwood was later acquired and its amenity portfolio restructured, The Reaux Group acquired ITS ROOM SERVICE! and transformed it into a comprehensive lifestyle amenity bundle. Today, ITS ROOM SERVICE! delivers not only dining, but also groceries, laundry, flowers, pet services, and errands — all under one roof, supported by a dedicated, background-checked team.
